14-day money-back guarantee
Every Premium purchase comes with an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If Einbürgerungstests.ch doesn't work for you, tell us — we'll refund the full purchase price, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@einbuergerungstests.ch from the address you used to buy. A reason isn't required — but helps us improve.
Processing time
- Confirmation: within one working day.
- Payout via Dodo Payments: typically 5–10 working days for the money to appear on your card or bank account.
- Bank fees: we refund the full purchase price. Currency-conversion fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
Payment processor
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We never store card details. Refunds are returned along the same path you paid.
Limits
The guarantee is available once per person. Repeatedly buying and refunding may result in your access being suspended. After a refund you lose access to Premium content.
